At Tawdry Wenches, we strive to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We currently ship within the United States (international shipping may be added in the future).

  • Standard shipping times vary by carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days once shipped.

3. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Tawdry Wenches is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

  • For packages lost in transit, please reach out so we can help file a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds.

7. International Orders (If Applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
