• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or misuse.

2. All Sales Final

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
• Exceptions will only be made if the product arrives faulty or damaged. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue (including photos).
• Replacement or refund decisions will be made at our sole discretion.

• Keep Away From Children & Pets: Do not allow children or pets near burning incense, candles, or related products.
• Fire Hazard: Do not place products near flammable items such as curtains, paper, or bedding.
• Crystal & Metaphysical Products: Crystals and related items are decorative and not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
• Allergy Notice: Some products may contain botanicals, essential oils, or natural ingredients that could trigger sensitivities. Use responsibly.
